Each component is totally disassembled and thoroughly cleaned/inspected including cylinder heads, turbos, fuel systems, starters, alternators, pistons, hydraulic valves, pumps, motors, and cylinders. Each remanufactured component is then reassembled dyno tested and adjusted to Caterpillar’s current specifications and standards. Dyno testing and hydraulically bench tested before reinstallation assures measurable performance and quality.
