Clark Metal Shows “People Do Matter”

On April 17^th Clark Metal Products was chosen as a winner of the 2008 People Do Matter award in the Work Structure and Processes category. Sponsored by the Pittsburgh Human Resources Association, the award recognizes outstanding human resource initiatives.

Clark Metal was recognized for the achievements of its VOICE program. The VOICE program (Valuable Outcomes Implemented by Clark Employees) empowers employees to suggest and implement ideas for better work processes, which increase productivity, profitability, and efficiency. The program also affords employees with a greater sense of empowerment and involvement in the daily operations of Clark Metal Products.
