Clark Metals Finalist for People Do Matter Award

The Pittsburgh Human Resources Association has named Clark Metal Products as a finalist for the 2008 People Do Matter awards. The PDM awards honor employers in southwestern Pennsylvania with strong human resource initiatives. Clark Metal is being recognized in the Work Structure and Processes category for the achievements of its VOICE program. The VOICE program (Valuable Outcomes Implemented by Clark Employees) empowers employees to suggest and implement ideas for better work processes that, in turn, increase productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
The PDM winners will be announced at an awards event on April 17.
